Production Times

All of our items are made to order, so please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships.
We do plan to open warehouses in both the USA and Australia in the future to speed things up.

Shipping

We use Standard Shipping for most orders.

• US domestic orders: 4–7 business days after production

• International orders: 5–10 business days after production

Please Note

The vast majority of orders (around 97%) arrive on time. Occasionally, delays can happen due to things outside our control, including:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Missing apartment, unit, or building details

• Severe weather

• International customs processing

If your order hasn’t arrived and tracking confirms this, we’re happy to resend or refund — your choice.

Customs & Import Fees

Customs policies vary by country. Some countries charge import fees, others don’t.
Taxes and duties are not included in our product prices, so you may be required to pay these once your order arrives. Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are determined by your local customs office.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the number of items in your order.
